Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be unable to make our appointment. I understand that things come up and I will not hold it against you.

However, for same day cancellations I will expect you to still make your donation in full, as it does not give me enough time to fill your appointment and does result in a loss of income for me otherwise.

I take no calls and no shows very seriously. If the full donation is not paid, I blacklist the individual, which makes it difficult to make appointments with other providers all over the country.

Lastly, a call or a text is greatly appreciated if you are running late.
